I managed medicines, looking for side effects, lab values, range of motion, I have experience with dementia/ Alzheimer's, bipolar, depression, aggressiveness, hearing losses/aids, incontinence, wheelchairs, hoyer/stand lifts, ambulation, personal care, dressing, working with physicians and families on creating plans of action to ensure safety, emotional wellness, and physical needs are being entertained.
