I'm Jamie, I have 2 years DSP/STNA experience. I am a family oriented, bond building hard worker, with exceptional skills and a great bed side manner. I am cpr/first aid certified through red cross. I care about my patients and there care givers. I want my patient cared for the way I would expect my family to be taken care of. I have always had a Passion for being a caregiver. When I started dental I was also still doing home health. I am proud of the way I treated my patients always. Back ground check done on 6/2020 at Jackson sheriff station but am willing to do another.

I've been a caregiver for 7 years. I started out in a nursing home, taking my CNA/STNA classes and remaimed there for 5 years. I've done home health off and on as needed. I love what I do because I get to help and care for others. This profession is very rewarding for me and teaches you many new things such as patience, time management and many many other things. I love all the stories I get to hear from clients about there pasts, and it's also great meeting new people.

I believe that I am a great caregiver because I know what it takes in providing all needs to the patient from bathing, to feeding all the way up to assist with ambulation and exercise. My mother had a debilitating stroke when I was young and there was no such thing as in-home care. All the responsibility was left to my family and my aunts and uncles to attend to my mother. I believe I am a great caregiver because I am understanding of the stress I am compassionate and I have experience in caring for people, And because I have chosen physical therapy two help people get better. What I enjoy the most is having the satisfaction of being able to understand peoples predicaments and I know how to provide service to help people.

I'm a divorced mom of three adult children. My daughter is 33 years old and is mildly disabled. She remained under my care 24/7 until 23 when she entered a program allowing her to live with assistance be somewhat independent. My sons are 28 and 18 the latter of which was adopted as a newborn. (I will add a photo asap and background check can be done when needed. There no issues at all!) In the past I assisted my brother-in-law who was mildly disabled and ended up with ALS. I also emotionally supported my sister as she watched her friend pass with ALS as well. I'm compassionate by Nature, kind-hearted and affectionate. I love people of all ages and abilities and races. I love to laugh and smile I'd like to find ways to see other people do the same. I'm an excellent cook and enjoy doing. I love good conversation as well. Now that I'm an "empty nester " I'm looking for my place in this new life chapter. I seek live in situation so I can relocate more easily.

I am a very kind and caring person. I pride myself on my punctuality and organization skills. I have always wanted to be a caregiver, and am in school for my LPN. I will be graduating in December of 2021.

I have always enjoyed interacting with and helping people. I'm a caring person. I am dependable because I know the clients I work with need help and most of the time they have no one else they can rely on. I am passionate about doing the best job I can for my clients.
