I have over 20 years experience,I love providing home caregiving services to those that would otherwise not be able to do so. The smile on their faces is overwhelming and makes me feel I have done my job right. I have always enjoyed helping people so I know I am doing the right thing. I enjoy being a care giver because Meeting new people and providing caregiving services that they can no longer do for themselves is so rewarding to me . I am extremely proud of how much strength I have & to me life is a gift that should never be taken lightly. I believe that each of us goes through a journey in life to learn lessons. Answers to the 3 Questions : (1) What makes me a great caregiver: Compassion, Patience, Reliable, Trustworthy. (2) Why did I become a caregiver: When i was in my early twenties I had got a job in activities in a Nursing Facility and realized this was my passion. Then became a Cna/ Gna. I enjoy caring for others. (3) What do I like about being a caregiver: I like being a caregiver because it makes me feel good to know that I'm having a positive impact caring for someone .

I am the bubbly personality that loves to interact with whoever I provide services for. I do not play in my cell phone. I have been a CNA for almost 16 years and I am slowly on my way to achieving my associates for RN. I have two adorable dogs and I am fostering another puppy at the moment. I love animals and gardening. I do not have children. My transportation is reliable. I love to care for people, as the reward is in itself. The feeling you get knowing you made a difference in someone's life is priceless. I wear my heart on my sleeve! Most experience is with Autism, Cerebral Palsey, Alzheimer's and Dementia, as well as Multiple Sclerosis. I have ventilation experience and GI feedings. Experienced with medication administration. CPR certification is up to date, as well as my certification.

I am a great caregiver because I treat my clients male, or female, as if he, or she, are one of my family members. No there's no limits to my care, I will always go above and beyond. I've changed a lot of live, I also have saved lives, with in the past fourteen years I've been in this field. I became a caregiver because of several family members are in the same field, my mom is an registered nurse, going on 35 years, my grandmother was a LPN, and my aunts are CNA. So it deep rooted, so to speak.

I became a caregiver because I am a compassionate , kind person who believes that anyone going through a tough journey deserves to have the best of care by someone who cares . I find the greatest reward in my job is meeting people who matter , and can offer as much to me as i can to them. I believe i learn from every person ive ever cared for. I am most proud of having every person ive ever cared for like the person i am and be leased with the care i have given them. I have gone through knowing hard journeys in life because my own child was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer at 10 yrs. Old..i became a caregiver to her and learned so much about how precious every life is..

My personality traits and expertise that helps me to be a great caregiver are my confidence in what I do and passion and love for the patience. The love for people attracts me and it's a part of who I am. I enjoy their presence and listening to how they live a great life .
