Hello everyone, my name is Esther. I am very passionate Caregiver to those that I have been fortunate to serve. I have been in this field for the last 4 year's and it's been a rewarding experience for me. I am pretty much a team player and whatever help is needed I am there to assist. I am very open to criticism because I know that I am not perfect in any type of way. The reason why I am attracted to being a caregiver is because of the healthy relationship I am able to maintain with my clients and family members. Outside of my work environment, I casually check up on my clients and I think that let them know that it wasn't always about work related issues. I like to be a listening ear to my clients. At times they feel like they have no one to talk to and it's actualky interesting to know that someone else can confide in you. A personal achievement that I am proud of is when a patient that I took care of for only a few hours told me that "your hands are blessed". After hearing such words I knew there was something loving, soft and powerful in me that can be deposited into someone else.
