Many years ago I was a home health aide and I really enjoyed helping and being a companion to my patients. I've found that I get along with people of all walks of life and have a desire to make others lives meaningful and worth living. My personal achievement recently was teaching myself to make balloon animals. I find that both children and adults love them. I visited an elderly friend in a rehab. center who had fallen and brought the balloons. The staff asked if they could assemble the patients in a meeting room and have them watch me make the balloon animals...The patients loved it and I got a personal satisfaction seeing all the smiles and giving them the balloons! I'm 54 yrs old and I am a Mom to 3 girls ages 30, 25, and 15. I like to garden, spend time outdoors, I enjoy cooking, and playing board games.
