Caregiving job to me is rewarding and gratifying where you feel satisfied at the end of the day helping and making a difference to someone's life. I enjoy this kind of job as you will meet different kind of folks with varied special needs and you learn a lot from each client from their personal point of views to their medical care needs. At least you feel like you are working more than a nurse as you are right there working with clients who are mostly outpatients for 12 hours or even 24 hours. I am 49 years old, a Filipino and am in this caregiving world for almost ten years having developed this sympathetic attitude towards the care of the elderly.
