I believe what makes me a great caregiver is my passion. I am passionate about human beings as a whole and to be able to help care for someone or simply be there for them is an amazing feeling. After suffering a personal tragedy I became more aware of how much it means for people of older age to have someone around whether it's to care for them or just to be there. I sought out to become that person for those who do not have someone. What I enjoy most is the happiness that radiates off of my patients after they receive services from me. It makes me happy to know that what ever I do For them makes a difference and puts them at ease. A personal achievement I am proud of would be the fact that I have remained determined to help others. I have experienced a lot of situations and scenarios that would turn some people off from this profession but it did not deter me at all. My passion and dedication remained the same and I am very proud of myself for that.
