This position also allows me to work on the finer qualities of life such as patience, care and to spend quality time with individual based on their specialized needs. I am always mindful that an individual needs my assistance and not like me to take over and control his/her life and should always play an integral role in their decision making. Personally I have experienced individuals under my care achieved desired results getting stronger. and much better from a medical condition. I am very much rewarded when I see the smiles of individuals and the contentment which indicates to a larger extent that they are comfortable with me.
