I use to work to Maunalani Nursing Rehab facility since 2015 to 2016. It's an on call for day shifts or night shifts. Sometimes i worked day shifts or night shifts with short hours, sometimes I worked long hours & sometimes I have double shifts but it depends when they need helps. Whenever they calls, they want me to work. I always accepted & say yes. I'm willing to work also helping other clients in the facilities. I still remember I use to help many different clients in a day, sometimes I had 10 or 12 different clients or more in a day, but it depends from the work schedule how they put me on each schedule. I usually helped the client for bathing, feeding, exercises, taking to the activities, dressings and many different things.

Start working for this Agency since last year, September 2016. I was Live - in (24hrs-days & night) I taking care of an old man, he was 78yrs old, his wife passed away long time & he lives at his place in Newtown Aiea, Honolulu-Hawaii. He had two different cancers & he just released from Oahu Queens Hospital, since September 2016. I was willing myself with full of love & caring to step out & taking care this old man, until he passed away October 2016. He wasnt live long, but i sacrefice & commit myself to help this old man, because i understand he really needs help, also the family wants me to take care of him, while they being away for their other jobs in daily. I always do my best & responsible to do everything for him to be neat & clean & to be comfort him also helped him for bed bath, dressing, preparing b/fast, lunch, dinner too also feed him, took him to his doctor appoinment, do laundry, changing depends, exercising, light cleaning etc. Being with this client & his familys, I was very greatful & very impressive to be part of their familys, because they really loves me & they treats me well & happy.

I have an opportunity last year March, 2016 to be attended a practical training for two days at Aloha Nursing Rehab Facility at Kaneohe I also attended healthcare School of Hawaii LLC; 98-025 Hekaha Street, Suite 4, Building 4 Aiea, Hi 9670; Have my CPR, First Aid, AEG; Attending Nursing Assistant Training Program class, satisfactorily completed 112 hours of training as required by Federal law under Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1987; Conducted 02/16/2015 to 03/06/2015 in Aiea, Hawaii. Healthcare School of Hawaii LLC; Certificate of Professional Development; 98-025 Hekaha Street, Suite 4, Building 4 Aiea, Hi 96701; Awards this Certificate of Attendance and Satisfactorily completed 4 hours Caregiver Skills Training; Bloodborne Pathogens Training, Preventing Disease Transmission; HIPPA PRIVACY TRAINING; 03/03/2015.

I worked for this Agency in 2015. I was assigned to do different things like bathing, toileting, doctor appointment, preparing meals, light cleaning, Laundry, exercises etc. Being as a Caregiver is to be having love, caring, passionate, willing to help people they need help.

I start working for this Agency GRC Homecare company in San Leandro, San Francisco, California since 2007. Being a caregiver i was responsible to do different duties, like preparing meals, helping for bathing, dressing, do laundry, light cleaning, take care of medications, taking to doctor appointments, transferring, exercising, range of motions, bowel of movements etc. I usually prepare & training myself to be strong & have a good hearts, do all my best of my ability, also to be handle everythings i do for the client properly, because clients always comes first priority to me & its very unique & special quality for myself to be taking care of, also be honest & more reliable & trust worthy, be organize & more consistency, be initiative, be generous, be active & do actions with indegrity, dignity, respect & 100% safety & protections of the clients. Not only that, i always makesure the clients may always happy & the familys happy & myself happy, when leaving from the clients place.
