I met my husband in the military we have been together for 7 years. He is a disabled veteran. I love the outdoors and anything that involves the water. I was a gymnast and have a passion for coaching as well as teaching. We have 5 dogs to include 2 service animals for my husband. I am very passionate about people. I started my caregiver journey with my husband and after seeing how much the tools and training helped him I want to help other familes. I am very detail oriented and with my schooling and experience I can also help with learning tasks. My greatest accomplishment is probably my masters. I worked fill time and went to school full time it was hard but i was dedicated and i enjoy staying busy. I multi task well, stay calm in difficult conditions. I have in depth training in PTSD and disability coping strategies. I am also an asset with daily chores and errands. I have been through many surgeries with my husband so I can also offer after care. Lastly i have a passion for health and exercise I can offer exercise and meal prep for all lifestyles and abilities.
