I have been a care giver for 6 years. I love it, I started because I love the medical field I went to school to be a surgical technologist but decided it was not for me I loved the medical part of the job but missed talking with patients because all the patients were under anastasia when they got to me. So a friend of mine who was a care giver suggested I give it a try so I did and loved it. I like helping people I have the patience it takes to help senios I took a class on dementia online to help understand alot of my patients. I have great communication skills and am organized as well as a fast learner. I treat everyone as if they are my own loved one. I am cpr certified. I am always reading and trying to learn as much as I can to help me understand my patients
