I have not worked professionally as a caregiver. However, I have helped with paperwork, for retirements, disability retirements and handled injury compensation cases not only the paperwork but referrals to doctors, liaison to the Dept. of Labor and have spoken to individuals to "unstress" them when they are down. I am now retired since April from the USPS. I worked for USPS for 17 yrs. I would prefer to work up to 20 hours 2-3 days per week. Many years ago for three solid years, I took care of my grandmother who could not take care of herself.
