Hello, My name is Aletia and I am 26 years old. I have a great heart, & creative personality to match. I absolutely love working with people regardless of age, ability or disability & have over 7 yrs experience, doing so. I'd like to think of myself as a multifaceted, multitalented individual. In the past i have worked with people with cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, TBIs, Spinal cord injuries, learning disabilities/ delays, children and adults on the autism spectrum and a host of other diagnoses. I am also completely comfortable with caring for individuals that utilize wheelchairs, walkers, adaptive equipment, g-tubes, trachs & meal time protocols, toileting needs such as colostomy bags, brief changes, at urinary catheter changes if need be.I absolutely love going into a work place everyday knowing that I get the chance to positively impact the lives of anyone I encounter. ; I am currently in school and my goal in 3 years is to graduate as an Occupational Therapist. I love making other people feel and know that they matter & I treat others as I would like to be treated.
