I became a caregiver in 2009, and it was one the best things that has ever happened to me. I became a caregiver because I believe our older generation needs someone responsible to take care of them and be a companion. What i love about being a caregiver is the people I meet and the impact i have on their lives. The patients i have usually do not have friends or family so they are alone so i become a part of their lives which brings me joy. I have been working in this field for 9 years, I've enjoyed every moment. I also take care of my mother who is a senior and is suffering with Alzheimer. On my spare time when im not helping her I doing hair and makeup, reading and studying holistic health
