My name is Irina. I am CNA-Certified Nursing Assistant. I have nursing background: graduated from Nursing College in Tbilisi, Country Georgia. I enjoy working with an elderly as a stand-in for family members, who cannot be there full-time. Believe in personalized care rather than aloof and sporadic visits. I am experienced with different health conditions: with dementia, Alzheimer's, stroke, diabetes, CHF, blindness, tube feeding, urinary bags...I am good in shadowing and constant supervision of patients-in order to prevent injury and ease any discomfort immediately, respecting privacy at the same time. I consider meal preparation and cleaning as part of taking care of another person. I take job seriously, and give my full attention to the work. I think, that companionship is very important: replacing loneliness with laughter and familiarity can make a difference in a person's health.
