Hi My name is destiney fluitt .I've been a personal care aide for 5 yrs. I was trained and certified as a personal care aide and to work with traumatic brain injury and nhtd clients. I have a passion for caring for elder residents I treat them as they are my grandparents . I have patience .I love to help clients gain there independence and I love to help and assist them with things they find frustrating.what attracted me to be a caregiver is how I see older clients on a daily basis who need help with small things and are not being treated with respect because they are older .my personal achievement that I am proud of is being there for clients who don't have families and making sure they have some one to talk to and be there for them. I love my job and I plan on staying on the healthcare I know I've made a difference and would like to continue to make positive changes.
