About Kristy

I became a caregiver because I love to help people. I grew up with a younger brother who was disabled and I loved helping my mom and dad care for him. That's when I knew I wanted to help people. In 2007 I worked with a disabled woman, I got her off of the bus, fed her and bathed her. We would go out sometimes to the store or wherever she wanted to go. I like the fact that you really feel like you're making a difference in someone's life. In 2013 I started working for Bamsi, I go to group homes or a day hab and work with the disabled.
