I became a caregiver at a very young age assisting & volunteering at first with my church youth group, in nursing homes & that's when I became very fond of them and I enjoyed being with them and seeing them happy. The things I like most about being a caregiver is helping and bringing someone joy. I am mostly proud that I always keep a close bond with anyone I work with. I am also very loyal, compassionate & empathetic with everyone. I chose this profession because of the joy I feel while helping and caring for someone, so I enjoy my work and will always go above and beyond for people the same way I do when I'm not working. To me this is a life calling instead of a job, & someone to laugh & bond with makes it all fulfilling & worthwhile.
