I have always been a mother like a figure in my family. I was raised with four brothers and one sister and starting at a young age I learned how to cook and clean and care for others. There were always jokes about me being the second mom. I believe that I would be a good caregiver because I am a naturally caring person and would love to grow in my experiences. I would be grateful to be a caregiver to know someone is in safe hands and can rely on me to make their day better. I am most proud of my history to be a goal oriented person. For example, in High School I was always someone who volunteered and was a part of sports and had good grades, I volunteered for V.O.F.T., S.T.A.N.D., and Big Brother Big Sister. These programs helped me become more involved in the community and help make impacts in so many peoples lives.
I lived with my great grandma for 2yrs I took care of her, I took care of my mom with brain cancer until she passed away, I lived with and took care of my grandpa until he passed away. I have always either babysat or did stuff for my elderly neighbors. I'm living with someone that I'm a caregiver for who had a stroke almost 2yrs ago. Took care of my Fiance with lung, liver, bone cancer until he passed away

Being able to help out cause they are no longer able to help themselves. Raising my children to become adults one day. I been in the nursing field for over ten years. I worked in group homes ,nursing homes and hospice. I have certificates in med passing , cpr and etc.
I became a caregiver /STNA, Because I took care of my Grandfather, I worked 24 hour shifts with him. I like about being a caregiver because i like to help the elderly and special needs. I use to work with a 15 year old girl she is a paraplegic she can't talk, walk or feed herself. Everytime I came in, I would walk in her room and say how's my pretty girl today she would give a big smile. I am a single mom of a 22 year old son, and a 15 year old daughter. I'm going to be a grandma. I'm not employed. I'm looking for a job I'm dependable, honest, I have a big heart. I'm 42 years old.
I, Tauriel Jordan believe what makes a great caregiver is someone who is passionate and loves to help others like myself! I attended school at CVCC and became a certified State Tested Nurse Aid . I started in this field due to my mom having rumatory arthritis really bad which caused me to devote alot of my time caring for her and helping her with her ADL'S of life. I love caring for people and making there days happy with communication, activities, and companionship. Feel free to ask questions and i will be delighted to have an answer for you! Thank You!
It was always easy for me to become a caregiver. When u have natural compassion and empathy for your client and patients it will never feel like a job. A big heart and patient attitude will take u far. My biggest achievement in my life is having the opportunity to be there for my kids. Nothing feels better or more rewarding.
My name is Brianna and I have been a caregiver through a company for 2 and a half years and a private duty caregiver for 1 year and a half. Caregiving is not only a job to me, I care about each and everyone of my clients I have ever taken care of, they are all special to me in one unique way or another. I don't look at these people as if they are leaving us I strive to make them feel as if they are getting better and making a difference in their life is a plus for me. What attracted me to being a caregiver is the feeling I get when I help others. I'm not only proud of my clients progress but proud of myself because I helped to reach that goal.
Hello! I enjoy care giving, in any capacity, as a person whose spiritual path is guided by the principal that it takes a village, not just to rear children, but to honor our elderly population, to cultivate compassion, for those with special needs, and to assist those who are living with medical challenges. As a cancer survior and mother of three, (who has an outstanding relationship with all of my children!) I have the lense of patience and compassion, and often use my extensive background in comedy to uplift those with whom and for whom I work.
