About me: My name is Nichole Dabney. I go by Nicky. I have been a service provider and care taker for over 6 years now. I have been liscened Independent Provider with the Department of Developmental Disabilities for over 6 years now. In addition to that, I also teach high school. This is my 2nd year of teaching at Liberty High School. When you love what you do it's not considered work. I got into this field after spending many years of caring for my Mother who was also wheel chair bound. It only seemed right to contine down this path even after she passed on. I think this is something that comes naturally to me. I wear many hats, but Mom is by far my favorite job of them all. I have two beautiful children whom I Love dearly and they are my number one supporters and fans. I am grateful for the opportunity to work in my gifts. I believe that everything and everyone has purpose. Mines is to be a servant to God's people.

Hello everyone, my name is Denise Hines,I am from Cincinnati Ohio, born and raised. One thing that really pushed me into becoming a caregiver was my grandmother. My grandmother took me and my siblings in when we were small children, and as she got older, I felt that I had to return the favor when she was no longer able to do the things that she was able to do before, my loving grandmother is no longer with us anymore, so it's one of my passions to be of help to other individuals who may be a little more assistance rather that's personal care, housekeeping, running errands, companionship care, grocery shopping, medication, reminders, and much more. One of my personal achievements that I'm very proud of would be starting my own non-medical home care agency here in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is something that I'm very passionate about and something that I really enjoy doing.

I started giving care at a younger age, taking care of my auntie with a left-sided weakness due to stroke. It was within the family and a non-profit payment job but a rewarding one. I believe giving care is a calling not just a job. I felt a very great joy to be part of her life and assisting her with the rest of my family before her passing. It became part of me and decided to continue to give a helping hands to those who needed it, within my capabilities. You do unto others, as you wish to be done to you.

I have been a caregiver over 20 years (long term, rehab, old timers unit patients, and etc). I care about the elderly and people that need help and cannot help themselves. Having parents that died in their 60's from cancer it was nice having the experience to be able to take care of them from their homes. Have done homecare over 5 years and really enjoyed working with the family's.

I became a caregiver simply because I've always enjoyed taking care of people. When I was a little girl, I would take care of my mother when she became ill. She always encouraged me to become a nurse. Being a great caregiver is having compassion, a desire to ensure the well being of others and being dedicated to providing excellent care. I'm extremely proud of having four successful years of homecare experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and I'm hoping to acquire many more.

Something I would say that would make me a great caregiver would be I most definitely love helping people and I'm a very easy person to talk to and I love to listen something that attracts me I'm being a caregiver is I most definitely like to help people and when they're smiling it's making my day something I enjoy about being a caregiver is it's very rewarding and you learn a lot of wisdom and a personal achievement I would be proud of would be succeeding in life and living the best life I can

CPR license HHA license, C.N.A I have been an active caregiver since 1995. I am reliable, and an honest person. I have a big heart. I absolutely love being a caregiver. My experience varys from client to client. Most of my clients that I have worked with have some degree of Alzheimer's. I would say that I'm very experienced in that department. My availability as far as scheduling varys. I enjoy working more hours then fewer hours. I like to work over night care the most. I am willing to work any hours of any day or night to help with my clients needs. Also holidays are not a problem either. I have wonderful references and license for my nursing skills.
