All my life growing up, I wanted to help children in need of a family. As I get older, the more I realized that it didn't matter what age the person was, but I was going to make a change in their hearts. My father was diagnosed with diabetes and Muscular Dystrophy. Two years ago he had his leg amputated due to complications. I stayed with him every night making sure he didn't fall, help with bathing, cooking, while trying to keep his spirit and heart full of love. I pushed him not to give up. I want to make an impact in other lives besides my own.
