Oregon city residential care facility
I started here as a caregiver of a 53 bed mental health facility/ Medicaid. I dressed, fed, walked, gave medications, cleaned there rooms, and the whole facility. There was also a lot of thinking outside of the box when trying to resolve issues with the residents, as most of them were mental health. A year and a half after working as a caregiver, I went through the state required class to become the administrator. I then,has a in charge of scheduling Dr. Appts for the redidents, careplans, med room audits, but all the while still working one on one with the residents. I no longer work there, because the owner could not afford to pay me anymore, because it is a Medicaid facility.
