About Sovanna

I have had 3 years of clinical experience in fast paced environments and another 2 years in an in home care setting as well as memory care. I work well under pressure and I do all tasks given with a positive attitude, full attention to detail, as well as great patient care. At the clinic I obtained vitals, preformed blood draws and helped set up for procedures as well as provided patient education. I am also proficient with electronic charting with great accuracy. I also worked in a different capacity as both a caregiver and a Med Aide supervisor. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as assisting those with memory loss, clients with aggressive outburst, coaching employees and dealt with a consistently changing work environment).
