Hello, look forward to meeting you. I have enjoyed caring for individuals since I was a young person . I went to school in the early 80's and have been nursing and helping individuals ever since . My family has had a few members who needed hospice care and I was there . I have helped from getting folks up in the morning until it was time for bed in the evening . Breakfast , lunch , dinner , help with meds . Bathrooming , showers, assist in dressing , assist with physical therapy as requested by the medical team . Hope to be of assistance .

I love working as caregiver/medical field because I have so much love and compassion for people that is how I suceed in what I do. I realize there is some many rewards and gifts in this line of work. What I enjoy the most is meeting people and hearing about their life and experiences they have live, because everybody always has a unique story to tell. The joy you bring to their lives and the appreciation they feel. The most personal achievement I am most proud of was opening my own successful Adult Assisted living for 4 mental ill adults at 24 years old and having no idea how to run a business. I was well known in the community and was respected by the licensing committee for my excellent work. I kepted that Assisted Living open for almost 10 years. Having that business was where my passion was for caring for people. It taught me how to advocate for people that were not capable of advocating for themselves. I was their voice and that is how I was able to earn respect with people I worked with. Today is why I am so thankful and I am able to soar in my work today.

Kindness, sweetness, honesty, charming, responsible, punctual, compassionate, well educated, encouraging, smart, efficient. I want to help people who is suffering and are going through loneliness. I want to make the elder live a happily and comfortable for what's left for their lives and enjoy their home instead of being in a nursing home facility. I enjoy my work; I do it with the best attitude. What I like the most about my job is that my clients are satisfied with my services. Is that they smile and they are comfortable and happy. I like to be a supplier for their essential necessities.

When I was 27 years old my husband got a brain tumor & he became paralyzed with in 3 years. He was a smart Engineer and lost all independence. He went thru Chemo & Radiation & lost his eyesight. Helping him & my 3 kids under the age of 6 still staying loving &positive was my main goal. I tried helping them all each & every day become the best , happiest & most thankful people God created them to be. He lived 3 years & my kids are all now loving respectful adults with wonderful lives. I couldn't ask for anything more. I'd have to say this was my biggest accomplishment.

I became a CNA because I am a very Compassionate person. I grew up in church and learned that Respect and Love are to very important things you can give to a person. Being a CNA is more then just a job its a responsibility that i hold at a very high reguard. I am a proud mother of two and although ive had many bumps along the way i have been able to achieve my goals with little help. I am driven and encouraged and want to go further in my career but at the moment i need stability. I have so much respect for my elders and i want to give back any way i can while maintaining their respect and dignity.
