I have been doing Caregiving right out of high school I started doing it in 1995 at the end of the year I have worked with all kinds of people I'm interested in what they have to say and what they need me to do I'm very good at it I treat them how I wanna be treated at their age I've always been good at my job I have good patients for everyone I'm not one of the ones that I was always in a hurry just to get through the day I'm there for a reason and that's to take care of the person and their needs that they need at that time of their life

I have a friend that believed that I would be a great caregiver. She hired me; I worked day shifts and learned a lot about care giving with my first client. I have decided to go back to college to pursue becoming a Registered Nurse. I am currently on the waiting list at Pima Community College. There is so much to love about working with seniors, I enjoy helping people live with quality and dignity. It is important to share my joy and bring brightness to my clients’ everyday lives. When clients have a medical set back or surgery it gives me joy help them regain some or most all of what they lost. That is one of the most rewarding feelings. Hello, my name is Trisha I have over 12 years of experience working as a CNA/Caregiver/ Med tech mostly working with the elderly. I originally got into it because I didn't like how my grandpa was treated in the hospital. Our elderly are overlooked at times and they need an advocate to speak for them and ensure their concerns are being met. I enjoy the people and the families I have met over the years. I am very patient and want to promote dignity in the aging process especially when one is reliant on care to meet these needs. I am empathetic and compassionate. My big goal I am working on this year is getting back into nursing school. I anticipating getting in by the new year.
