It can be something as simple as going through the day's schedule, or complicated as discussing health concerns, but no matter what it is, it must be done well. Subpar communication will do nothing beneficial for the relationship, and in fact, could damage it. Furthermore, as it's likely there's more than one caregiver in the individual's life, and because of all the moving parts, communication is key to get information to all the relevant parties. Whether it's relaying health information or just remaining congenial, communication between caregivers is important, second only to communicating with the individual.

I am a caring compassionate person who loves to see and create happiness. I understand the frustration and limitation sometimes life brings upon us and am always willing to help to make things easier and a bit more tolerable when possible. I became a caregiver when my father got sick i took care of him for about 4 yrs before he past we went as far as hospice but at least i knew that he was comfortable and was where he wanted to be and that was at home. I feel good about seniors being able to stay in there homes rather then nursing homes. My biggest personal achievement was raising my son by myself and seeing that he is so sucessful. He graduated Fresno State na works for a local news station and for that I'm very proud.
