I love taking care of others. I love ensuring my patients families that they are in the best hands possible. I am passionate about my patients health, and their overall well-being. I am a caring soul, and often times find myself being an over achiever with absolutely no regret when it comes to those in my life. I lost my grandpa years ago and it was one of the hardest things for me. He resided in a nursing home that he wasn't getting the best care from. It broke me in every way possible. When we went to take him out, he was put on hospice the day of. We then lost him the day after. I became adamant and insisted on giving the best care in the healthcare setting. I started working in the nursing field, and refused to give anything less then my best effort. I strive to make families feel different than mine did. I go beyond expectation to make my patients feel loved, and taken care of.

CPR license HHA license, C.N.A I have been an active caregiver since 1995. I am reliable, and an honest person. I have a big heart. I absolutely love being a caregiver. My experience varys from client to client. Most of my clients that I have worked with have some degree of Alzheimer's. I would say that I'm very experienced in that department. My availability as far as scheduling varys. I enjoy working more hours then fewer hours. I like to work over night care the most. I am willing to work any hours of any day or night to help with my clients needs. Also holidays are not a problem either. I have wonderful references and license for my nursing skills. Hi! My name is Jessica. I'm a 41 yr old married mother of two. We live in a little house in a quiet neighborhood on the Westside with our pup, BOSS. My years of HHA/STNA experience started with my Grandpa. His cancer was aggressive and starting to spread and was told his weeks numbered. Hospice was called and he was able to go home; to live in a familiar, peaceful place with Family and where friends were welcome as well. Plans were made and I moved into my grandparents house and became his Nurse/Companion/ Counselor/Taxi/helper/Maid/Doctor/Chef/Aide; whatever my Grandpa needed me to be. I got to spend 11 months caring for my Grandpa before he passed. I was devastated but very thankful for the extra time we'd gotten to have. Thanks to my Grandpa, I'd realized that this is what I'm meant to do...I've been in this line of work ever since. I have taken care of younger people, older couples and single people in their homes. I had the opportunity to help a Family friend by ways of a "live in" Caretaker for a short time as well as working at a Nursing Home/Retirement Community for 4 years on the Alzheimer's/Dementia Unit. I've also had the pleasure of taking care of/helping with a few Furry Family members as well as the newest additions to the Family I'm with!
