Hello I have over ten years of caregiving experience. Being a professional caregiver is my calling and I enjoy being able to make a difference in my clients lives by providing the professional care they need . I'm a very compassionate person and caring and I'm also a dependable person and I am tru to my work as a caregiver. I have worked in nursing homes, assisted living and in home and when I'm connected with a client I treat them like family cause I feel that they are my family. What attracted me to becoming a caregiver is because when I was a lil girl I use to love to take care of my grandmother and always wanted to become a nurse or caregiver. I am proud to say that I feel like I achieved that goal as becoming a caregiver.

I have experience in OR, PACU and PRE-OP as a patient care tech/OR Tech. I rotate between those three on a daily basis. I assist with pre-opting patients for medical procedures. In the OR my duties are getting the room ready for procedure, prepping and draping patient. I also assist in recovery with patient discharge. I have experience in clinical and hospital setting, with a six year background in Sterile Processing in the OR as well.

One of my personal achievements is: being a single mom of 2 girls, raising both of them to be successful young ladles. The oldest finished high school at the age of 16, then moved on to be a dental assistant at the age of 17 and is now an LPN....moving forward, working on her RN degree. My youngest graduated top of her class, after being home school for 3 yrs. She finished at LSU in 3 yrs, has her Masters from Our lady of the Lake College and is now attending their Fellowship Program to become one of their top leaders in the company
