Caring, I do my best to make sure I can do what makes people happy. I'm a people person and pleaser. Being a care giver makes my heart happy by helping others. I enjoy making clients feel less stressed about the things they can't do for them selfs. I am most proud they be the caring person I am because I know it's hard to find caring and nurturing people

I graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1986. Prior to school nursing I worked in both Newborn and Pediatric Intensive Care. In 1994 I became one of four School Nurse Consultants in Douglas County School District until the birth of my third child. After spending several years at home full time, and adding one more child to our family, I returned to DCSD as a School Nurse in 2008 when our youngest entered first grade. In 2010 I earned my Master's Degree in Health Services and Wellness Promotion. I love hiking, skiing, wellness, and most of all spending time with my husband and kids.

I have been working in the medical field since I was 18 years of age. My great grandmother who passed from dementia is how I became a health care giver. My passion is to help comfort, love and support those who are in need.

Hello My Name is Deandria Crosby . I grew a passion for helping other when my younger sister was diagnosed and grandmother became ill. I take pride in servicing other and making them feel comfortable and good because I have a profound love and passion for taking care of others in need.

I enjoy people and find it personally rewarding to help someone that is in need. I like being in a one on one position so I can give individualized attention to who I am caring for. I am a caring and compassionate person , who takes pride in being honest and showing integrity in all areas of my life. I look forward to meeting and helping anyone I am able too.

I spent 11 years in the military in which I was honorably discharged at the end of 2012. I completed and received an associate degree in art while serving. I continued my education while being unemployed from the time I was released from the military until April of 2013 and earned a bachelor degree in psychology. A week later I began practical nursing school and graduated top of my class a year later and was rewarded the leadership award. I passed my state board and earned my Practical Nursing license with an IV certification. I have since worked as an admission nurse, hospice nurse, agency nurse, floor nurse, managed a long term care facility, and was a day shift manager as well as a day shift unit supervisor. I recently completed my associate's degree in science in nursing and am waiting to sit for boards for my registered nursing license. I am looking to slowly transition from the facility setting into private duty helping people in their home setting.

I enjoy working with families to help enrich the lives of seniors. I empower people to age with grace, dignity and find purpose. After a long career in sales and raising four children as a single parent, I have found my calling and find this work very rewarding. I have a natural desire to help others and I am patient, kind-hearted and fun to be around. I can guarantee that people spending time with me will be laughing and enjoying their day.
