I love being a caregiver because I love taking care of people. I am a hard worker, very reliable, trustworthy, and I love to cook. I am currently taking some training to open an adult foster care. I just really enjoy doing this work.

I am very easy to get along with and have a great deal of respect for - not only my elders , but for people - in general. I am a good listener and can relate to or sympathize with most people. I have a warm heart and a good outlook on life. I have a great sense of humor and a good sense of reality. I have a 34 yr old son with cerebral palsy . Whom I have cared for all his life. I started caring for others in 2009 when I began caring for a friend.In later years I worked as a housekeeper in a retirement facility and I got to know the residents and really wanted to help so I became a caregiver in senior care . It made me feel so good helping people out. they really made my day! And it was totally worth it to hear them say I was making theirs! It is a win win . I am proud to help people . Its my nature .
