I am a 42 years old female with over 10 years experience as a home health aide and housekeeping. I am highly skilled in working with people from different backgrounds, empathetic and with a respectful approach towards clients. Some of the duties I am familiar with and comfortable doing are; assist clients to wash or shower, prepare small meals, help clients to eat, make bed and change linens, turn clients who are restricted to bed to avoid pressure sores, take vital signs such as temperature, pulse and respiration, provide and collect bedpans, help clients to the toilet, make sure clients' home is clean and orderly, chat with clients to make them feel less lonely or worried, assist clients with mobility problems; to name a few.
