About Jamellia

Hello everyone my name is Jamellia O'Neal, RN I've always loved serving people in any setting I believe that if you serve well you're being trained to lead well. I enjoy being the encouraging voice within networking teams in families, healthcare and business environments. I demonstrate this by having a teachable perspective with readiness to cultivate moral integrity and good character with patience for one another. As a result of applying these behaviors I learned how to be a parent on purpose. As well as, demonstrating genuine loving kindness toward myself and others beyond one's personal behaviors, attitudes, perceptions and beliefs. I'm very transparent about examining myself for areas that I could improve on for personal and professional development to achieve the greatest level of purpose, without self condemning thought. I've spent time as a patient and experienced undue challenges that affected maintaining a quality of life. Therefore it's very important for me to actively encourage patients, families and members of the healthcare team to achieve optimal homeostasis at any age or developmental stages in life in regards to spiritual, psychological and physical well-being.
