I have worked in the field of caregiver for approximately 14 years. I have worked with all types of disabilities including mental. I was a residential manager for people with disabilities. I have a degree in Human Services and am HHA certified. It is the field of my choice and one that I would never trade in. I have worked with people that have had strokes, dementia, bi-polar, schizophrenia, parkinsons', cerebral palsy and alzheimers' along with many other different types. This type of work is from the heart.
