I love helping people of all ages and abilities, and in several languages (fluent in Spanish and French, in a unique HOLISTIC way). My forte is anticipating and integrating the FULL spectrum of my client's needs and wants, identifying creative solutions that help clients heal more deeply and as often as possible, empowering them increasingly to help themselves. As a Creative Holistic Coach for 25 + yrs, I help clients find real recovery and balance in ALL areas of life, not just band aid cover ups. This includes, but is not limited to medical health (challenges with career, relationships, losses, trauma, finances, often cause or complicate medical problems: standard methods of treatment separate everything out, so the relationships between problematic issues is often missed). My holistic approach unravels client’s tangled web of information and experience, and weaves a tapestry of integrated solutions that work together synergistically and naturally. For the past 5 years, I have been grooming myself to be ultra attentive, organized, efficient, up to date with state of the art technology, and willing to go the extra mile to improve care beyond the basics, striving to help clients heal emotionally and spiritually, as they heal physically. I set up streamlined systems to maximize convenience and compliance with medical, mental health and other challenges.
