I love helping people. I have been a caregiver since june 2004, soon after graduating from college. I have a Bachelors degree in Community Health and a minor in Biology. I enjoyed physiology classes, after which I decided that working with people who need help and getting paid for my services would be my best option and I love it. I love being a caregiver because I have been helped a lot and I want to give back. I had surgery at UPMC 10 years ago, nurses were wonderful. If I can ever make someone feel comfortable like I was during my recuperating period at UPMC-then that'd be huge for me. I am married with an 8 year old who thinks that I'm the best dad in the world. I taught her how to read from an early age, she is well liked at her school and she gets A's. I'm proud of being there for her whenever I'm free from work responsibilities.I moved to Pittsburgh PA right after high school. I was born in Uganda-East Africa. I managed to work and go through college and after which I started a family. I love to volunteer. I have volunteered at the Pittsburgh food bank, the Pittsburgh project, and the women's shelter for battered women. I'm looking for another job right now because the one I have is offering weekend hours only. Throughout my professional life I never call off.
