I became a caregiver to help people, who has problem helping themselves. Being a caregiver for me is very important. Growing up, my grandmother was very sick, and was about to died. But I helped care for her in that stage. She will always say to me, "thank you!' And I felt so good, knowing that I can help someone, even though she was part of my family. But, I felt great rendering my help. it's also a blessing! My personal achievement that I am proud of, is going to work and completing my job the best way I have been trained. And by doing this, I can say to myself that, I've help someone today. And because of this, I feel proud of myself. My name is Grace Jennifer Flowers. I have been working in this field for the past 8 years. I have work as a caregiver, HHA, some background experience as a Medical Assistant. I am also a CNA. I've worked as a CNA in private homes with individuals. Also know how to operate a haul lift, etc. I am very organized and take pride in providing for all my patient the best of care.
