I am a very compassionate woman. I understand that every person deserves individual care that meets their individual needs. I am attracted to helping a person live their best life as much as possible. I enjoy being able to make a persons day better by me being there for them. One personal achievement I am proud of is helping a former client, whom had cancer become stronger and more full of life than before I entered his life!

My name is Michelle. I have enjoyed the last two years of training and caregiving experience with the elderly. I have worked specifically in an assisted living environment, where I managed the home with 5 care residents per one caregiver. Additionally, I have worked in homes with 10 residents per two caregivers. In each home, I have been able to individualize the care to each person, as their needs may be. I have experience in crisis' management, fall risk, dementia (Alzheimer's) care, and much more. My responsibilities including keeping relations with families/nurses/care team members, cooking and serving meals, pristine cleaning of homes, showering/toileting and assistance with all Activities of Daily Living.

My passion is to care for people, specifically the senior citizen generation. Myself knowing what the feeling is needing things and having someone , and more people the knowing somebody cares so much about people that the person goes so far to do and give so much work put forth into their needs it's unbelievably becomes who you are me being a caregiver means alot. I've been woken up and I need to be eating and cleaning body and showing attention and affection and the gift called giving back . There's a time in life and you ask for somebody to be in your home to help its expected to help with what's asked it's the job it's expected do what asked . Im very nice. Not a liar. I'm not what people say I am I do take pride . I don't like being negated into pressure or too too rushed in a I know I have a second but not when we or I'm not safe getting the job done . I care for safety measures will do what's asked . I don't force anyone to feel guilty -or ungood. Very I can please a family with tons of care more than alot of people . I successfully received my degree in AAS and became a COTA. I also took care of my terminally ill daughter who passed away in 2016 from brain cancer. I have word four years as an activities director for an assisted living facility. Also, I have recently opened a coffee lounge .

Hello! My name is Felicia & I am a 26 year old going to school to become a Nurse! I personally, don't see myself doing anything other then taking care of people as my career. I've been doing it since I was 19 years old, and I love it. Nothing more rewarding then taking care of someone's loved one and putting a smile on their face. I enjoy interacting with others, and making sure they can still enjoy their day even if it is something so little. I'd have to say, become a certified nursing assistant has been my biggest achievement, because it brought me closer to doing what I love the most.
