I have found that my passion/calling is to care for the elderly and/or individuals, who can't do so for themselves. My heart is overwhelmed with genuine happiness when providing care and/or maintaining a personal relationship with each resident, client, and/or patient. I sincerely love fulfilling my heart's desires & passion by providing care, love, companionship, friendship, and even medical care to individuals; resulting in them having a sense of peace, as they go through life changes and having to deal with situations that may be unfamiliar. I find that doing so & providing the utmost respectful care to each of them, brings forth a growth for even myself, as I continue my education into becoming an RN (later to bridge into Nurse Practitioner). Daily, I am seeking the latest knowledge and skill so hopefully I can improve my care traits daily, to a wider/higher demand of clients. I am most definitely proud of a personal achievement in my life pertaining to my husband (who was diagnosed with late stages of Testicular cancer twice)! After receiving a prognosis of 18 months, I decided to further my education & resources, in hopes to find more options....and I did! After nearly 2 years, he is now in remission & cancer-free! This is not to boast about what I did, but instead the 'determination, drive, & passion', that I was blessed with. I will ALWAYS go above & beyond in providing the best care for clients & their family members! I believe there is always room for growth and in order to do so, you must first humble yourself to what you were called to do, whatever that may be!

It takes compassion and committment to be a caregiver. If you don't love what you do, there's no point in pursuing things in life. Commitment to 100% putting my best foot forward as if they are the body of Christ. I became a caregiver to be the hands and feet of Jesus and to show His love to those in need. I enjoy the companionship and the joy it brings to clients and their families in need of care.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I genuinely love taking care of others. Since I was younger, I was the one that people turned to help take of others in my family. I took care of both my grandparents until they transitioned. I'm a people person. I have a caring heart and most importantly I'm a listener. I'm attentive and compassionate. I try my best to go above and beyond to make those I care for feel better and cared for. I've been certified for 11 years. I love doing what I do, and that's helping others in their time of need.

I love being a caregiver for the simple reason I love taking care of others. My Mother is a RN & before I went to get my CNA I literally learned everything from her, I hope to open my own home health agency in 3 years. I am tiny but strong most of the people I take care of could tell you I'm full of surprises but good ones.

I am passionate and caring, I always care for my residents in the best way possible. I wanted to become a caregiver because I wanted to be the person that helps someone who can't help themselves. I enjoy learning peoples stories, and helping them achieve their goals. I am proud of my drive to become a better version of myself.

I love cargoveing because I enjoy spending time with others, and helping others in any way I can. My little brother was diagnosed with diabetes at a very young age, and since then we have spent plenty of times in hospitals. Seeing everyone in the hospital helping people, incouraged me to want to help others as well. I also grew up going to spend time with the elderly in nursing homes with my great-grandmother. I enjoy the smiles I can bring to someone's face whenever they're having a bad day, and just need a companion or someone to help.

I love helping people. I really want to clean house for people who can not do it for themselves. I will also run errands, & take them on appointments. I am a certified Nursing Assistant. I am a blood donor & have also volunteered as both a candy striper & for the Decatur Dream Center. I also volunteered for a friend for about 6 months to work as a pharmacy tech. As of now, I am a child care giver to 3 yr. old triplets, as needed.
