I am a caring and compassionate nurse aide, very friendly and out going . I am cpr certified and have had a my tb shot. I've worked in several nursing homes, memory care units to total dependent patients. Alongside of being a Home Heath cna. I'm a certified nursing Assistant and have been for 3 years now I comepleted a 6 month course. I'm a quick learner and very easy to adapt to new changes. I'm very understanding and patient. In my 3 years of being a cna I have gained a lot of experience.

I am a 29-year-old, compassionate, caregiver with over 10 years of experience. My experience started when I was 16 working as a dietary aide in a nursing home. After a year, I went through training and was certified as a CNA. I continued to work in the nursing home as a CNA for an additional three years. During this period, I grew very attached to so many great individuals who wanted to see nothing else than a pretty smile. After four years in the nursing field, I was given the opportunity to take care of an elderly woman who had became wheelchair bound. She and her husband lived by themselves on a farm in Bremen and needed someone to cook, clean, bathe them, run errands, etc. After 9 months, she passed away due to illness, but I continued to care for her husband for the next 7 years, in which time, he too passed away at 93. During these 8 years, the position grew into 24/7 care. I was entrusted to manage the whole operation and, in the end, had 5 ladies who I supervised and scheduled. My duties as the supervisor included paying bills, paying the caregivers, hiring (as the operation grew), firing, taking him to doctor's visits, suggesting medical attention, tracking medical history, and keeping a close relationship with the doctors and family. Among these duties, I also cooked, cleaned, bathed him, dressed him, mowed his lawn, cut his hair, gave him routine medicines, and various other duties.

I have understanding that when someone cant do for themselves it weighs a heavey load on their mind a d hearts. Caregiving is all ive really ever done that Im good at since I was preteen, family is who I have cared for most my life but it is something I want to continue in a carreer with. Being able to give someone quality time in helping them still enjoy life even when they cant help themselves and that is important in a persons life. My most achievement in my life has veen when I took care of my grandfather, mother and father when they couldnt take care of themselves anymore and my children.

I took care of both of my grandparents while they were sick. I have also worked in a nursing home setting for over 5 years so I have excellent experience. I am very trustworthy and dependable. I have my can license and have my for certification.

I got my CNA while I was still in high school because I knew I wanted to help people. I quickly started working at a nursing home my senior year and fell in love with the patients. Being able to provide the best care is my number one goal.

I became a caregiver in 2001, when my job begin to down size at a bank as a data entry operator. I went back to school and received my CNA certification. I stated my first job in a nursing facility in 2001. I began to care for the sick and elderly and grew attached to them. I could talk to them and share my stores as well as they would share there stories. I fell in love with them and now I enjoy caring for them and hopefully one day become a RN.

I have a strong care giving background and have a number of professional experiences which I feel uniquely qualify me for this job. I have extensive experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia patients and pride myself in the knowledge I have obtained from hand on experience with this debilitating disease.
