I have been a caregiver since I was 18. I took care of my father who had esophageal cancer. I handled a gtube, medications, attachments for feedings, drs appts everything. From that time on i knew I could make a difference for those who need that help and companionship. I have worked for a company for a short time but I didnt like how they didn't follow through so I'd rather work for a family who can appreciate the care and love I can give to their loved ones. I became a CNA/HHA at age 17.I have always wanted to work in the medical field to help others.I have worked in several facilities as a caregiver working my way to become a med.tech,supervisor and cottage manager.I have worked for a number of families as well.Most recently, i cared for my mother for a period of 5 years+, untill her death at age 95 on 11/11/15. I am looking forward to going back to work to care for and love someone who needs assistance.

After high school, I attended Maric college of medical careers. (medical assisting course.) After graduating, I worked in family practice as a back medical assistant. I continued my Education by taking an EMT course at Mesa College. From there I worked as an respiratory tech for a home oxygen therapy company. After starting a family, I worked as program manager for a senior congregant lunch program. I relocated from Ocean Beach to Oceanside and have been working as an independent contractor on several different cases. I love the work I do and I'm good at it. I'm reliable, dependable, trustworthy, outgoing and friendly. I have reliable transportation with a good driving record and can easily pass a background check. I don't drink smoke or do drugs...
