In 2020, I moved backed to my hometown after living in Mexico for three years where I taught English as a Foreign language. At this time, I was asked by my family to become my grandfather's caregiver after he was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy. My grandfather has had a series of health complications within the last two years ranging from Mild Cognitive Impairment, diabetes, loss of mobility due to a fall, prostate cancer and a mini stroke. All of these have given me an abundance of knowledge on care directives and strategies to improve overall quality of life. My time providing care for my grandfather has brought back my passion for working as a Caregiver again. As I am a highly empathetic, patient and nurturing individual with experience, I am confident that I can succeed as a Caregiver for your loved one. I am able to handle patients who are ambivalent about their need for outside help and understand the psychological stress individuals face when having to give up their independence and need to rely on others. It is especially rewarding knowing my work is making a difference in people's lives.

My baby brother had got really sick at the point of dying cuz they couldn't figure out what was wrong he finally got a little better they sent him home and I took care of him cuz they put him a pick line, I've also helped my friend with her parents until the y passed I helped take care my moms friend father he had dementia so I had to give him his medication also bathe him my last client I had just passed away back in the middle of march I was so happy that I could bring him joy for his last days here on earth his family said I spoiled him it's that he reminded and me so much of my grandfather so I'm just glad I can help people!!!
