I am compassionate loving and full of empathy . I am skilled in Home supportive services , Independent living services , nursing , palliative and hospice . Also familiar with hoyer lift and other crucial tools to keep yours but soon to be "our family member " in their home .

Hi I'm Madison I am a sophomore in college and I have been a babysitter many times between my little sister as well as my family friends children. I have taken 2 child development classes and worked in elementary/preschool classes volunteering during high school. I have my CPR certificate and a CNA. I am going to college for my degree in neonatal nursing but going to school currently for LVN II Nursing. I am very active, I play volleyball and track. I also have 7 horses, 4 dogs, and a bunny. On my free time(which I don't get much) I rope and work my horses. I have two sisters, one older and one younger. I am caring, fun, and outgoing... I feel I would be a good fit because I like challenges love to have fun but also really responsible. I would love too help you out with all of it.

I believe in any job you pursue care giving included, you have to love it enough to do it for free if you could afford to do so. I believe what makes me a great caregiver is I'm patient, I'm a great motivator to do things they may not do for others they will do for me. I'm loving & kind, I take great pride in my position as a caregiver. People with any kind of disability I feel blessed that they have chosen me to walk this journey with them. It is not always easy yet together we will persevere. I am very proud of my work as a caregiver all the people I have worked for & with I stay in contact with their family's. I have taken several classes on Alzheimer's & Dementia I do lots of research on any new clients disability to learn all about it so I can help them & possibly learn new ways to help. I am reliable & trustworthy I live in Cottonwood Ca, However I am willing to travel for overnight shifts.

I am very easy to get along with, I learned so much caring for my 86 year old mom, the biggest being compassionate and understanding about her feelings, Her medical was extensive so I have also learned the necessary tools to assist in an emergency . My mother lived longer then expected, I think companionship, and having someone who cared made a big difference, knowing I can make a difference in someone's life is a wonderful feeling. experience with dementia, alzheimers , bathing, medications, special culinary diets, dressing, assist with mobility, hair grooming, arthristis and soft bones, house cleaning , and dr appointments, also pet caretaker.

I am a great caregiver because I show compassion, I care a lot, I treat all my patients/residents with respect and treat them the way they'd like to be treated. I am very patient, caring, a great team worker but can also handle a lot on my own as well! I love what I do and I love and care for all of my residents.

I started nursing in 1981 as a nurses aide. I have done acute care nursing, skilled nursing facility nursing, clinic nursing, drug addiction nursing, home care, hospice, and mental health nursing. I obtainMy LVN license in 1983, I really recently obtained my wound certification. I enjoy taking care of people that appreciate the care I give. It's a joy for me to see people being able to stay home and receive care.
