What makes me a good caregiver / CNA because I have warm heart and a caring person and I like to see people happy and make them feel good about their self. The reason why a good caregiver because I care of their well-being and try to make it easy as possible for them. I been doing this type of work for 20 something years and i love to see people happy and making them feel better . I am proud of myself by helping this one family with their sister who is totally incapacitated. But I got her out to family gathering like to the park, zoo and so on. I love to see a smile on her face every day I work with her so when I move away it hurt me so bad but I still keep in touch with her and the family. Well I am looking for and evening shift like from 3pm to 9pm Monday through Friday due to I work in the morning.
