I have a strong belief that you spoil the client but you don't not baby them . Meaning I strongly believe you help the client maintain their independence as much as possible. I care for all my clients as I would my own family.

My name is Gloria , I live in Tucson, Az What do I like about being a caregiver? It gives me great comfort and satisfaction in helping someone else in need of care . I have been doing this for several years either by running errands, fixing or feeding someone their meals. I help by doing light house work, laundry, or whatever someone might need while I am with them. I have worked at St Luke Home for the elderly. I, also, have three sons, who over the last 20 years needed me to assist in getting them to and from doctor and hospital appointments. All three were in need of a kidney and were in one stage of dialysis or in the hospital recovering. All have recovered and are doing well. My last son received his a year and a half ago. Now I am reaching out to help someone in need of assistance, who would need my help to get around Tucson or someone who needs a caregiver to help in the home. Hard worker

I became a care giver because I had several family members that needed help plus I cared for my late Husband at home for 3 years with Louies Body deminsia I love helping the older people with things they can not do by them selves At one time several years ago I was a CNA and loved it but didn't make enough money living on my own. I was really proud of myself by being able to take care of my Mother untill she passed and also was able to keep my late Husband at home up till the last year and he had no control of his muscles and had to put him in nursing home but I would be there every day from 7AM to 8PM after I got him in bed. I continued to give him his bed baths after they put him in the nursing home and was there to feed him every meal. I wanted something to do to keep busy plus help supplement my income. This is something I love doing and feel I would be very good at it. I would prefer something here close to home around the Delphi area if at all possible. I do not want to be a live-in but just caregiver to help with all needs as neccesary. I already have criminal back ground check my physical proof of insurance. Because I have applied for 2 other homecare jobs. Hoping to be hired by any homecare company

I became a caregiver because I enjoying caring for the elderly as well as children..I think the thing I like most about being a caregiver is the experience I have gotten while being in the medical field...My personal achievement is that I wanted to attend nursing school but I became a mom at a young age...I have raised my three children as a single mom...I am going to attend nursing school in October of this year...I am a CNA..HAHA.PHLEBOTOMIST...Ok have been in the nursing field since 1993. .I have been certified since 2002...I have 2 grown children and one 17 year old...I am a hard worker and I take my job very seriously. ..I am not in my field for the money I am in the medical field to provide the best care possible to my client...

I became a caregiver because I want to provide the help to others that need it most. I enjoy making other smiles and being that shoulder they can lean on!. I enjoy being able to make a difference in many peoples lives. Also families need breaks! Those are some reason why I became a caregiver.

I've became a care giver when I was 12 years old I took care of my grandmother when she was sick. What really made me became a certified nursing assistant is when I got old enough I took the class because I love to help people I realize that my help would go a long way!! I'm 22 years old I'm in college to became a registered nurse. And I do have a drivers license and own my own vehicle, I just love to help my residents like they are my own family

I HAVE BEEN A CAREGIVER SINCE THE AGE OF 14. I CARED FOR MY GRANDMOTHER THAT HAD COME TO LIVE WITH MY FAMILY AFTER FALLING AND BREAKING HER HIP. I ENJOY MAKING THOSE WHO CAN NOT HELP THEMSELVES FEEL GOOD ABOUT LIVING WITH INJURIES OR ILLNESSES THAT HAS STOPPED THEM FROM DOING THINGS THAT THEY WERE USE TO DOING.THE ACHIEVEMENT I AM MOST PROUD OF IS CARING FOR A CLIENT FOR 14YEARS AND HIM TELLING ME BEFORE HE PASSED THAT DURING THE TIME I CARED FOR HIM THAT I WAS THE BEST CAREGIVER HE HAD AND HE LOVED ME FOR THAT.

I like helping people, especially the older ones because I grew up with my grandmother, so I want to help a lot. And I love to spend my time with the older people
