I feel that my job isn't "cookie cutter", it is truly about making the life of my client easier in whatever way possible. No task is too small if it is what needs to be done. My parents taught me two things that I try to incorporate into every job that I have. One to leave things better than you found it, and to do what needs to be done, before you are asked to do it. I am very good with details, and while it may take me a day or two to learn a new schedule or program, I know that I will be doing it the way that you want it done. With my experience with SCI, people don't have a lot of control over their own lives, and I make it my first priority to give as much of it back to you as I can.

I was a certified nursing assistant and medication technician some years ago and because I went into another field working as a collections manager I let my licenses expire (regretfully) but I maintained the knowledge. I also remembered how rewarding an experience it is to be able to meet and care for awesome people, most of which have shared some amazing life stories with me.
