What makes me a great caregiver: 20+ years of experience, knowing how to get creative when things seems complicated, having a passion for what I do. It would take me all day to tell you everything, so I'll leave you with that. I love helping those who can't do for themselves anymore. Me,enjoying most about being a caregiver, is seeing a smile on not only on my client face, but the FAMILY as well! One of my personal achievements is: being a single mom of 2 girls, raising both of them to be successful young ladles. The oldest finished high school at the age of 16, then moved on to be a dental assistant at the age of 17 and is now an LPN....moving forward, working on her RN degree. My youngest graduated top of her class, after being home school for 3 yrs. She finished at LSU in 3 yrs, has her Masters from Our lady of the Lake College and is now attending their Fellowship Program to become one of their top leaders in the company

I've been in the caregiver field for over 30 years. I'm a caring person who puts other before myself. I'm very enthusiastic about my line of work. I enjoy helping others with m Motivation, which allows patients to know they can achieve. I provides Companionship, which allows patients to know they have someone who cares, and listening. I encourage Daily living Activities, which allows my patients to enjoy their everyday living. My achievements are,I'm proud to see i can make a difference as a caregiver in people lives by caring and being supportive.

I became a caregiver because I like helping others. I like the interaction with the people. It feels great to make them smile. I'm proud of how I make an impression on my clients/residents. I am very passionate about what I do. I always strive to keep my clients/residents happy everyday. Some of my skills are: taking vital signs, medication remminders, accu-check, etc.

I wake up everyday with a smile and a heart to please those in need. I'm passionate about providing care to those in need in my community and that motivates me, and makes me excited to do my work!

Hello. My name is Brittney Ledet. I am 31 years of age. I have always had a passion for working in the medical field. I can remember at the age of 6 me just wanting to help and be there for people in need. I am a patient, kind, energetic, compassionate, attentive, dependable, as well as trustworthy person. I am here to help your loved ones.

1. To assist and care for the client as well as the family and to ensure there are individuals who are able to assist in a truly caring way. 2. It's been a passion since my childhood...being able to sow into someone's life with care and love....to provide hope they will be properly cared for. 3. I've been caregiving for over 20+ years...and love every moment of it...and am a proud mom of 3 grown sons...which leads into the next question. 4. I am a mother of 3 grown men ages 27, 29 and 32 yrs old and are so proud of my children! I started nursing school directly from high school but discontinued as I was raising my children. At this time I chose to become a caregiver. I have continued to provide care-services for 20+ years along with having a couple of executive positions with major companies. I always resorted back to the "caregiving arena" because of where my passion is. *** I have worked with several Patients age-ranging from birth to 105yrs of age...with challenges from upto and including Alzheimers/Dimentia, Stroke/Paralysis, Autism, Parkinsons, to mention a few. *** I am familiar with CPR. 5. I have a very flexible/available schedule but would like to have 1 or 2 weekends off per month to spend with family and church!

I started out working as a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant for 1 year. After doing so, I decided to get certified as an Nursing Assistant through the Nursing home that I was currently working at. I worked for the Nursing Home facilities for a total of 7 years. I then left the Nursing home facility to work inside the Hospitals. There is where I stayed working at for 25 years. Over the course of my 25 years working in the Hospital, I was able to experience taking care of all age groups of people. My greatest joy of working in the medical field, is whenever I helped in caring for the Elderly population.
