I am a CNA/CMA/HHA/CPT currently in school to obtain my Rn to further my education and experience for my clients to have the best care they can get. My interest in assisting senior adults began at 19 in my church. And even earlier, I had a deep love for my grandmother. I saw that I could truly help them. The interaction of youth and maturity was fascinating. Of course, the blessing came in the serving, and enlisting others in the serving. Gaining the trust of so many seniors. I believe in personal freedoms, honesty, respect, and fairness. I know that all of us are terminal. I know that 'love' is the strongest thing in the world, and must be used more. I can be be a strong advocate for my friends. I love many animals, (esp. dogs), classic rock, exercise, and scanning magazine articles. I am a news 'junkie'.

My name is Deanna I am 34 years of age with no children. What attracted the most to look into this field and to sign me up for CNA school was for my grandparents that I was very close to and who raised me so I did it for them! Because unfortunately, my grandmother was in a nursing home and she was very neglected to the point. Some thing happened to her and she passed away so she gave me my motivation to be where I'm at today. I'm a very compassionate person very honest the most outright patience I have for people is incredible always in a positive mood And I've always wanted to take care of others who don't have others to take care of them. That's why I became a CNA and a caregiver because I give my 100%. I'm a very thorough worker. I'm very organized I have a routine and I get along with everybody, but if I have a tough client who is behavioral that intrigues me more to stay in the field that I am in only because I know how to approach those clients in the correct manner. I have known since I was a child that i wanted to work in a job where I could truly help others and that I want to enter the health care industry in some way . I decided to become a caregiver because I would like to help others who don't have the ability to help themselves. Being a caregiver for almost 3 years now, these last 2 years have really helped me in so many ways. i have worked in Nursing Home, Private Duty and Housing. I love what I do in helping each client I've ever worked with. Taking care of sick people that needs my help gives me joy in my heart and it let me know they need people to work with them that care. Getting my High School Diploma despite I was going through a really hard time, I had to drop off school because I had to work to help my family get a place to live so I had to do all my High School works at home , that also gave me the opportunity to go to Nursing Assistant Training Program . At the end of all these I gained a High School Diploma and a Nursing Assistant Certificate. I get along with others very well. This has made me a team player at all jobs I have had.
