Since I was a very young girl when asked what I want to do I've always been able to respond in the same way: I want to help people. I've always been driven to grow and improve. I try to get to know each person as what they really are: an incredible human being, with a LOT to offer. I always try to learn something from my incounters, no matter how brief the engagement. I'm a people person. I'm flexible and compatible with, I would say, just about every personality type. Just for the simple fact that I accept people for who they are and where they are. I like to say, essentially, I will meet them where they're at in life. What attracted me to being a caregiver is my desire to help people live as free and independent as possible. I enjoy being a caregiver because I love people and their company and I love hearing their stories of where they've been and what they've done. I think what I love most about being a caregiver is just the fact that I'm empowered to give a piece of myself to someone, to hopefully make their life better or more comfortable. I have a lot of achievements, but I think the one that I'm most proud of is the one where I had a client who would not allow anyone to draw their blood or do any kind of testing on them that was really necessary to make things better for them and get them a proper health care assessment. But, they were willing to put down their guard for me. Because of me they allowed work to be done and I can't tell you how thrilled I was that I would have that effect on somebody.

I am a caregiver because I enjoy helping Seniors feel good about themselves in their every day lives. I thrive working in harmonious environments and create them with patience and consideration. I have worked as a Caregiver since 2010. I have worked in facilities with 80 to 350 residents. I've worked on the assisted living floors, memory care units and with Hospice patients. I've worked as a Med Aide giving vitamins, medications, narcotics and insulin injections. I have provided assistance with obtaining vitals, catheter care and oxygen tanks. It's quality of life that counts the most and I believe in giving to seniors quality care which they more than deserve. I also believe that what goes around comes around and I will be a senior needing care one day and I will want quality care too.

I've tried many different jobs through out my life and have found the most satisfaction in caring for others. I enjoy helping others in any way I can. I'm a single mom of an 11 year old boy. I've been a CNA since 2001. I've gone to school at PCC, specializing in gerontology, end of life care, and dementia. I've worked in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and in home. I'm a hard worker and am always trying to come up with new ways to improve the lives of the ones I care for.

I am a 35 year old single mother of two with an active CNA license. I've been out of work since January of 2022 due to the COVID pandemic. However, I was blessed with the gift of caring for others so my skills never fade away. Currently working on energy healing! I'm a Certified Reiki practitioner and I will be going to school for massage therapy soon!

I am a certified nursing assistant. I have 6 years experience under my certification and over 10 years of caregiving experience. I have did in home care both professional and personal care of family/friends age groups ranging from young children to the elderly population. I am currently in school finishing up my Bachelors in Healthcare Administration and soon hoping to open my own care home in the near future.
