I helped the family do that. This was beyond the call of duty, but I felt that I could do anything to help them out. I worked outside of the required time and the agency gave me a letter of recognition for going above and beyond the call of duty. I also cared for a family, a husband and wife team, for eleven years until they went to a nursing home. Their children were doctors and nurses. They really appreciated everything that I did for their parents.
