It comforts families that I offer so much experience and expertise having worked for many years in nursing homes, hospitals, private duty homes, hospice home health, knowledgeable with dementia, Alzheimer's, diabetes, physical therapy, dialysis. I must be attentive to the client and family with perfect communication skills in order to serve and maintain the ability to monitor the health and personal care of the clients daily lives. Most importantly be dedicated, supportive, dependable, trustworthy, and compassionate in order to have peace for the family that the client will have a better quality of life. I posses the knowledge to do this and thrive to be improving everyday life in many ways. The rewards are huge and I was born to serve others. I ground myself in medical knowledge and crave learning and improving all ways I can professionally. My personality traits as a Certified Nurse Asst is to provide the most caring and compassion care to my patients and most of all listening to their needs of care. The one thing that attracted me to being a CNA was how my Aunt cared for my grandmother when I was a teenager, so from then on I have enjoyed working and caring for elderly or young patients. My most memorable achievement is always being there by there side to comfort them when passing.

My personal traits or should I say expertise that help me be a great caregiver would have to be my listening expertise and especially my communication skills. I highly believe that every person should be heard and listen to and especially cared for as if it was one of their own. My grandma passing at a very young age is what attracted me to being a caregiver. I experienced a lot of bad experiences when she was alive at nursing homes and if I was older I'm sure I would have been able to get her out of there but life beat me to her unfortunately! I'm glad God built me with a very massive heart! God has a plan for me and I honestly believe it's to help others of course. I don't mind getting dirty especially if it's helping someone else's life for the better. Everyone deserves to have a good, healthy, sanitized and lovable life and that's what I'm here for, to help those in need with what I love to do. And lastly one personal achievement I'm definitely proud of would have to be my education. I love to learn I currently am taking classes and have credentials behind my name and not only in professionalism but in medical as well. I am CPR certified and phlebotomy certified. I am also indulging and growing my cleaning business. Working my way towards a successful business in this field as well as gaining the right credentials and business administration concentration in human services will for sure be another one of my personal achievements that I am proud of once it's all completed. I decided to become a caregiver at an early age helping my mother care for my grandmother, in her footsteps i have learned a great deal in helping others not just physically but emotionally as well. To further my knowledge I attended a trade school as well as learning from my peers in different job settings. It is a very rewarding job to help others get stronger and independent as they once were and the unity we create along the way. One of my best qualities is patience we all move steadily at our own pace, I understand that and allow growth to come on its own with my help.
